PRICE

At Beautiful Rwanda Tours we take your trip-planning seriously. We go above and beyond to be transparent in our pricing and protect you from pesky hidden fees, while ensuring you receive the best price possible on the tour you’ve always wanted to take.

PAYMENT MODE

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking

  • Full balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • We accept all means of payment including credits cards, Bank transfer and cash expect Personal Checks (Due to bank guidelines we are unable to accept pre-2006 or damaged/dirty notes, $50 and $100 notes are preferred when possible)

  • All bank charges will be added to the invoice of the guest.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations are required to be received in writing at the Beautiful Rwanda Tours office.

  • 20% fee of total tour/activity/product cost applicable to cancelations made 30 days or more before starting date.
    50% fee of total tour/activity/product cost applicable to cancelations made 29 to 8 days before starting date. 
    100% fee of total tour/activity/product cost applicable to cancelations made 7 days or less before starting date.
