Day 1: Arrival – Kigali

Welcome To Rwanda to arrive at Kigali airport time, you will meet our guide who will beautiful Rwanda, and drop you at your hotel from the Airport. Enjoy pampering room service if you need it, fast internet, and rest time before leaving for a trip on the next day.

Day 1: Kigali Genocide memorial – Akagera National Park

KIGALI GENOCIDE MEMORIAL. It has been and continues to be a place of remembrance and learning to honor the victim of genocide against Tutsi and ensure that it never happens again. Pay a visit to the Genocide memorial will give you a clear picture of what Rwanda passed through to be where it is now. continues to Akagera National Park and enjoy the afternoon Akagera game drive and sunset boat ride in the lake where you’ll have a chance to spot the animals resting.

Day 3:  Akagera Game Drive, Kigali

The next morning, we will continue with the Akagera game drive. Akagera is characterized by woodlands, swamps, low mountains, savannahs, and a huge variety of wildlife. A full day of driving from south to north will give you ample opportunity to experience the amazing diversity of Akagera. After your safari, you will come back to Kigali.

Day 4:  Drive to Musanze – Ruhondo Twin Lake

After your Breakfast, hit the road to MUSANZE; home of hills, mountain gorillas, golden monkeys, and other attractions. Once arrive at Musanze you will take the road to the TWIN LAKE RUHONDO AND BURERA are called Twin Lakes because of close proximity to each other as well as the factor that one lake feeds into the other. You’ll leave a car and start to walk on the shore of Ruhondo where you’ll feel the air of nature while saying hello to the Rwandan community living near the lake. Your lunch will be at the twin where you have a breathtaking view of volcanoes. Continue to your hotel near the volcanoes. let’s talk about your tonight’s accommodation, The room feels like you’re exactly in the jungle, very peaceful and private, and the food, dining experience, and service are amazing.

Day 5: Volacanoes National Park – Kigali

After early breakfast, we will set off early in the morning to Musanze for Golden Monkey, the primate series of the Old World. This unique species exists in the volcanoes’ mountainous region of Central Africa and can only be seen in Uganda, Rwanda, and Congo, following the gradual destruction of its habitat it is on the red list of endangered species of nature conservation organizations after this amazing experience pay a visit to Dian force museum (A museum that has been given a name of Dian Fossey Gorilla fund due to Diana’s heroism and her effort to save Mountain Gorillas also due to her support and care to our Mountain gorilla.

Day 6: Rubavu

After a heavy and delicious breakfast next to Lake Kivu, we will go for the famous Congo Nile trail with a guide (a local guide) who will give you briefings on a walk before starting. Visit local villages, spend time with Rwandan people, and pick up some Kinyarwanda words that are on the schedule for today! After a couple of hours walking, you’ll head to Rubavu for lunch or afternoon coffee, and enjoy the lake (A large beach resort and border city also well known as a weekend destination for Rwandans).
You’ll have a short rest to refresh then go for night fishing. This is an attractive activity where you are accompanied by beautiful music and agreeable melodies from fishermen and learn about the history, lifestyle, and culture of the fishermen while paddling with them to the center of the lake in their traditional boat.

Day 7:  Napoleon Island, Drive to Kigali

We will continue to Karongi city, while driving you’ll have the unique view of the Mountains on one side and the lake Kivu on the other side, once to Kibuye, you’ll jump on a boat for a tour of different islands (Napoleon, Amahoro, and Monkey), take your time while in water to relax and rest. have lunch before hit the road to Kigali via Muhanga.

Day 8:  Kigali – Flight back home

A full day in Kigali city. where you‘ll overlook how clean and safe is this city. Visit the bustling Kimironko market to pick up some last-minute souvenirs according to your flight time and be transferred to Kigali Airport.
